In accordance with the requirements of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing
Authority, the Company hereby gives notice that on 30 June 2005, the Company
received notifications pursuant to its articles of association of the changes of
interests in its relevant share capital as set out below.
As envisaged by the price range listing particulars dated 14 June 2005 and the
supplementary listing particulars dated 27 June 2005, each issued by the Company
in connection with the admission of shares of 0.0015p each in the capital of the
Company ('Shares') to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities
('Admission') and the offer of Shares to institutional investors ('Offer'), on
Admission the shareholders listed below ceased to be interested in the number of
Shares set opposite their respective names pursuant to the sale of such Shares in
connection with the Offer and the exercise of the over-allotment option by
Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securities Limited (on 28 June 2005):
