Disclosure of Directors' Shareholdings

In accordance with the requirements of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing
Authority, the Company hereby gives notice that on 30 June 2005, the Company
received notifications pursuant to its share dealing code of the changes of
shareholdings of the directors as set out below.
The changes in the shareholdings of the directors are as envisaged by the price
range listing particulars dated 14 June 2005 and the supplementary listing
particulars dated 27 June 2005, each issued by the Company in connection with
the admission of shares of 0.0015p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares')
to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London
Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ('Admission') and the offer of
Shares to institutional investors ('Offer').
1. On Admission, each of the directors listed below acquired the number of
Shares set opposite his name pursuant to the exercise of nil-cost options:

2. On Admission, pursuant to the Offer and the exercise of the over-allotment
option by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securities Limited (on 28 June 2005),
each of the directors listed below sold the number of Shares set opposite his
name at a price per share of 116p:
