Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')



London Clubs International plc announces that at the EGM held earlier today, the
resolution to approve the disposal of Les Ambassadeurs Club Limited (the '
Disposal') (details of which were contained in the circular sent to the
Company's shareholders on 10 March 2006) was duly passed.



Completion of the Disposal is expected to take place on Friday, 31 March 2006.



Copies of the resolution have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and
will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
