                      CLOSE PERIOD TRADING STATEMENT


The Group continues to trade in line with management's expectations and the
Board expects to report earnings before interest and tax for the first half 2007
marginally ahead of last year. The Board remains comfortable with consensus
estimates for the full year outturn.

Results for the 26 week period ended 26th June 2007 will be announced on 2nd
August 2007.
