The Company confirms that it has received notice of the following changes of
shareholdings in the Company, by Ezybonds Inc.

Some of these changes, have previously been disclosed, but are included below
in order to provide a complete summary of all changes to the Ezybonds Inc
shareholding in the Company between 1 Janaury 2009 and the date of this
announcement:

On 1 January 2009, Ezybonds Inc held 870,274 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
The following changes took place to that shareholding during 2009.

  * 4 February 2009 - acquired 50,000,000 ordinary shares
   
  * 19 February 2009 - disposed of 38,032,000 ordinary shares
   
  * 15 May 2009 - disposed of 10,000,000 ordinary shares
   
  * 17 August 2009 - disposed of 1,825,574 ordinary shares
   
  * 21 August 2009 - acquired 50,000,000 ordinary shares
   
  * 26 November 2009 - disposed of 49,195,000 ordinary shares
   
  * 31 December 2009 - disposed of 1,620,000 ordinary shares
   
As of the date of this announcement, Ezybonds Inc holds 197,700 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing 0.08% of the ordinary shares in issue and 0.08% of
the total voting rights of the Company.

However, as announced to the market on 14 January 2010 Ezybonds Inc and
Ezypromotions Limited executed a variation to the Royalty Agreement subject to,
and conditional upon, Ezypromotions Limited successfully procuring the issue to
Ezybonds Inc of 75,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares of 10 p in Ezybonds (UK)
plc (the "New Ordinary Shares"), by Ezybonds (UK) plc.

A further announcement will be made in due course when the New Ordinary Shares
are issued, but following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares Ezybonds Inc
will then hold 75,197,700 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 25.46%
of the total number of shares in issue.
